This 2,000 sq. ft. home near Lake Fayetteville and the Botanical Garden of the Ozarks is spacious and very comfortable. The morning sun shines into the living room and kitchen, and it's relaxing to watch the birds and squirrels in the backyard.
The formal dining room seats up to eight — set it for a special dinner or leave a puzzle out and use the kitchen table for family gatherings. The kitchen is large and easy to move around in, with plenty of counter space, an island, and everything you need to cook and bake on longer stays. K-Cup and drip coffee are both ready for your mornings.
The jacuzzi bath in the master bathroom helps you unwind from a busy day, and a large back deck is perfect for afternoon refreshments. Quiet, respectful neighbors and sidewalks make the neighborhood great for a morning or evening stroll, with the University of Arkansas about 8 miles away.
