GetAway NWA Rental Policies
These starter policies support the first version of the site while Stripe pricing, property-specific rules, and final listing details are being completed.
Reservation Hold
A refundable reservation hold may be collected through Stripe while we confirm availability, property fit, and final booking details. If requested dates are unavailable, the hold is refunded.
Confirmation
A stay is not confirmed until GetAway NWA verifies availability and sends confirmation by email. Final pricing, property selection, and remaining balance timing may vary by property and date range.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms will be finalized with the full direct-booking setup. Until then, guests should ask about date-specific terms before placing a reservation hold.
House Rules
Guests must respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, keep the homes smoke-free, follow parking instructions, and report damage or urgent maintenance concerns promptly.
Guest Responsibility
The booking guest must provide accurate contact information and is responsible for making sure everyone in the group follows the property rules.
