GetAway NWA Rental Policies
How booking, payment, confirmation, and cancellations work when you book the Pea Ridge or Springdale home directly through GetAway NWA.
Payment
The full stay total — nightly rate plus a flat $130 cleaning fee, with no service fees — is collected through secure Stripe checkout when you request your dates. The price shown in the booking form is exactly what is charged.
Confirmation
A stay is not confirmed until GetAway NWA verifies availability and sends confirmation by email, usually within hours. If we cannot confirm your dates for any reason, your payment is refunded in full immediately.
Cancellations
If your plans change before your stay is confirmed, contact us and we'll refund the payment in full. For cancellations after confirmation, reach out as early as possible — terms depend on how close to check-in the cancellation is, and we'll always tell you the exact terms for your dates before you decide.
House Rules
Guests must respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, keep the homes smoke-free, follow parking instructions, and report damage or urgent maintenance concerns promptly.
Pets
Both homes are pet-free and pets are not permitted, which lets us tell allergy-sensitive guests the properties have not hosted animals. Trained service animals are not pets and are accommodated in accordance with applicable law; please let us know before booking so we can prepare for your arrival.
Guest Responsibility
The booking guest must provide accurate contact information and is responsible for making sure everyone in the group follows the property rules.
