- Oakley Street House, Pea Ridge: $3,200 per month. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1,500 sq ft. Available November 1, 2026.
- Avener Street House, Springdale: $3,895 per month. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2,039 sq ft. Available January 1, 2027.

- Electric, water, gas, and high-speed internet (gas is covered up to $200 a month at each home; anything over is billed to the guest)

Terms
- 30-night minimum, then month to month
- Security deposit equal to one month's rent, plus the first month's rent, due at signing
- Pets: the Pea Ridge home considers small dogs and cats on a case by case basis. The Springdale home is pet-free.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property

A central base 1.6 miles from the Botanical Garden of the Ozarks on Lake Fayetteville, 2.5 miles from Tyson HQ, 8.5 miles from the University of Arkansas, and 20 miles from XNA. Large kitchen, formal dining for 8, jacuzzi tub, big deck, and parking for 2 cars in the garage plus 3 in the driveway.
