Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted at the Oakley Street house in Pea Ridge or the Avener Street house in Springdale. That applies to direct bookings on this site and to our listings on Airbnb, so the answer is the same wherever you book.

We would rather tell you now than have you find out after you have paid. If bringing a pet is essential to your trip, you will be better served by a rental that is genuinely set up for animals.

Keeping both homes free of pets lets us promise something specific to a different group of travelers: guests with allergies, and families who would rather not stay somewhere animals have lived.

It also keeps the homes in the condition our reviews describe. Consistent standards on cleaning, linens, and upholstery are easier to hold when animals are not part of the equation.

Trained service animals are not pets, and they are accommodated in accordance with applicable law. If you travel with one, let us know before you book so we can prepare the home and note it on your reservation.

If your plans do not involve a pet, both homes are strong options depending on where your trip is centered. Pea Ridge fits Bentonville, Rogers, Walmart Home Office, Walmart AMP, and north-NWA trail time. Springdale fits Tyson HQ, the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, and a more central base across the region.

Each home sleeps six across three bedrooms and two baths, with a full kitchen, laundry, dedicated workspace, and self check-in.
